We currently ship products across India. International shipping is not available at the moment.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

In case of high order volume, festivals, or unforeseen delays, shipments may take additional time. Customers will be notified if there is a significant delay.

Shipping Charges

We may offer free shipping on selected products or during promotional periods.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available on eligible pin codes and products.

Shopvexx reserves the right to:

  • Disable COD on high-risk orders

  • Request prepaid payment for repeated non-delivery customers

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email.
You can track your order using the link provided.

Undelivered / Returned Orders

If an order is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Customer unavailable

  • Refusal to accept delivery

The order may be cancelled, and any applicable shipping charges will be deducted from the refund (if prepaid).
